Erica Florea
Founder / Family Nurse Practitioner
My name is Erica Florea. I was born in Brooklyn , NY and moved to south Florida in 1981. I was raised in the village of North Palm Beach and have been extremely blessed to have been able to raise my two children here as well. I entered the healthcare profession in 1995. I was a registered nurse for almost 20 years with most of my career in the emergency and trauma departments.
In the last 10 years, I have been providing healthcare services in the home setting which quickly became my passion. There was a profound need for competent health care providers in the community so I created my own mobile Primary and urgent care practice in 2022. I have been fortunate to grow a thriving company in a short amount of time due to my undying love and dedication to our aging population.
Furthermore, I work with the most amazing team of healthcare professionals and look forward to each day with optimism and gratitude. When I am not seeing my patients in their homes, I am with my family enjoying our beautiful piece of paradise. I am so excited to meet all of you and am looking forward to embracing your wellness.
Nicole Roldan
Adult Nurse Practitioner
Nicole Roldan, BA, BS, MSN, APRN: Nicole Roldan is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse who graduated with a masters degree from Nova Southeastern University, in Palm Beach Gardens, FL.
She worked as an RN in the intensive care units for 7 years. She is a member of the Nurse Practitioners Council of the Treasure Coast, The Dermatology Nurses Association, and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
Previously, an intensive care nurse, she has great ability to identify patients in need of urgent care. Nicole lives on the Treasure Coast with her Husband and family. They enjoy bike riding and spending time on the water.

My name is Tiffany Leahong. I was born and raised in beautiful sunny South Florida. I relocated to the Treasure Coast area back in 2003, where I still reside while raising my beautiful daughter.I started my medical professional journey in 2012. I graduated from MedVance Institute with my BMXO (Basic X-Ray Machine Operator) degree.
I have been apart of the healthcare field for 10 years now and look forward to more years to come.
